stator wires to regulator.

Does it matter which way the stator wires go on the regulator? I am assuming it doesn't since they aren't color coded or the manuel say's nothing about it. I just replaced the stator and regulator on my 02 EGC and would rather be safe than sorry so thought I would check before I start it.

The output is AC Volts so No it doesn't.
