Didn't read all the responses but as a former shop owner, 5 days is no where near out of line. Go pick it up or have some patience. It's your bike. If you were in a big hurry, that should have been discussed up front and you should've been prepared to pay anywhere from 10% to $50plus to expedite shipping. Expectations need to be clearly stated or requested at the time of write-up.

As a previous small business owner, and a  previous manager of an auto parts store, machine shop, and service dept. in a previous life, I have to agree. Folks have to realize, even though they know what they expect, they need to speak to those expectations. Now if it were discussed, and it's taking a lot longer, give em hell!   >:D
