The Buell 1200s weighed about 480lb in fully street legal form. You might lose 50lb off that with a LOT of careful detailed work. Shaving bolts, drilling everything in sight etc. Using aluminium and carbon fibre to replace steel.
As to how it would perform? You would never win but you would have great fun being the underdog and not coming last!
