Zippers ProFlow Oil Pump
« on: Saturday, January 29, 2011. 04:12:43 PM. »
Recently picked up one of these oil pumps. It is new, in the package. I plan to replace the billet S&S pump that is currently on the motor. The S&S pump is running Baisley 2:1 gears and has a jet to bleed some oil pressure back into the tank.

Has anyone run one of these oil pumps and did you use the 4:1 or 3:1 gears?

Also, if anyone else wants one, a seller on ebay has a dozen or so of them, brand new. These pumps fit early and late model EVO and Shovel engines as the lower two mounting bolts are slotted.

Would like to hear about anyones experience with this pump. -Ed

Huh. I would have thought someone here had run one of these gerotor oil pumps.

I plan to run it with the 4:1 gears first. Once I see how pressure and scavenge looks, I may change to the 3:1 gears and bleed some pressure off.

Again, If anyone has any knowledge of this pump, I would like to hear from you.
