other than taking a chance at careful wetsanding, there is not much hope other than painting.
are you talking a car, van, or bike?

NoBrakes:
Im talking about a jestor painted on the tip of a front fender of a bike (Roadglide). I dont know if the paint is enamel, or latex, or whatever........Wouldnt adhesive remover, mineral spirits, or nail polish remover take it off?......Thanks for the replies.

oven cleaner,it wont harm the factory paint  but you will eed to buff and wax do to sun exposure light scratches etc.

Trip:
Alost any solvent will take it off as long as it hasnt been clear coated...if it is..then you,re screwed.
